The Xvive AT-2 Audio Tester Pro is a compact, portable, and high-precision diagnostic tool designed for fast, reliable testing of professional audio equipment. Building on the capabilities of the AT-1, the AT-2 adds improved accuracy and stability while integrating five essential testing functions into a single, easy-to-use unit with 1/4“ or XLR-F connection. Ideal for technicians, engineers, and musicians, it provides a practical solution for troubleshooting signal paths in studios, live sound systems, and field setups.
Five Essential Audio Test Functions
The AT-2 combines signal generation, XLR cable testing, XLR input level metering, phantom power detection, and headphone or speaker monitoring. Using 1 kHz sine-wave or pink noise test signals, it allows you to evaluate the performance of powered PA speakers, effect pedals, cables, DI boxes, IEM systems, mixers, wireless systems, and other audio gear with speed and confidence.
Signal Generator and Output Control
The built-in signal generator outputs either a 1 kHz sine-wave or pink noise through XLR, 1/4″, and 3.5mm connections. Three selectable output levels (-10, -20, and -40 dB) make it easy to match a wide range of input sensitivities. Output routing can be directed to XLR, 1/4″, 3.5mm, or the internal speaker for flexible testing scenarios.
XLR Testing and Phantom Power Verification
Integrated XLR cable testing confirms proper continuity across all three pins, helping quickly identify damaged or improperly wired cables. Phantom power detection measures voltage on pins 2 and 3 individually, ensuring proper operation. When phantom power voltage falls between 24 and 44V, the indicator LEDs flash slowly for clear visual confirmation.
Input Metering and Monitoring
XLR input metering displays signal presence and peak levels using SG and PK LEDs, allowing visual confirmation of signal strength in loud or hard-to-reach environments. Audio fed into the female XLR or 1/4″ input can be monitored through the 3.5mm headphone output or internal speaker, with a shared volume control for convenient listening.
Portable, Rechargeable Utility Tool
Designed for mobile use, the AT-2 features USB-C charging, a low-battery warning indicator, and an intuitive front-panel layout.
