All orders are subject to product availability. We will pack and ship out your order from our warehouse within 3 business days of payment completion. Metro Manila deliveries are handled by courier, and provincial deliveries are handled by LBC. Unless specified by a special promo, delivery fee is for the account of the seller and is added to the total at the checkout page. Shipping costs are based on the size and/or volumetric weight of your order and the delivery method chosen.
To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Shipping charges quoted at checkout are NOT FINAL, and we may get in touch with you should the courier inform us of a higher delivery fee.
1. Order can only be cancelled before it has been packed. Please get in touch with us immediately should you wish to cancel your order. If the package has been packed and/or handed over to our courier, order cannot be cancelled anymore.
2. All digital goods cannot be cancelled once it has been purchased.
3. If you availed of a Shipping Fee Promotion (i.e Free shipping for xxx minimum amount) or a Bundle Promo (i.e. buy One, Take One), all items in the order need to be cancelled.
4. Once you have successfully cancelled an item, you can no longer retract the cancellation request.
5. If your order got cancelled and a voucher or credit memo was used for the order, you can still use the voucher or credit memo for another order.
6. If you would like to re-order a cancelled item, please take note that the item price is subject to change depending on the current promo or selling price applicable. We can’t commit to offer the same price if you re-order.
7. In case of prepayment via credit/debit cards, your money will be refunded automatically to your account within one to two billing cycles (one billing cycle is 1 month); depending on your bank policy. In case of payment via PAYPAL, refund will also be returned via PAYPAL, within 7 working days. Payment via GCASH will be refunded via the same GCASH number used to send the payment. Payment sent via BANK DEPOSIT will be refunded via deposit to the bank account used to send the payment if the account is a BDO Account, or via Gcash with a formal letter of request from the payee with a photocopy of a valide ID of the client. Non-credit card refunds will be sent within 7 working days.
